Fostering Sibling Groups
Fostering Sibling Groups
Foster carers provide a loving, safe and secure family environment for children who are unable to live with their parents. Fostering gives young people opportunities they may never have had, offering them the best chance in life.
Looked-After-Children come from all different backgrounds and we try very hard to match them with foster carers who reflect their identities, which is why we need foster carers of all kinds of backgrounds and beliefs.
Whether you provide short-term, long-term or short breaks care, your support and guidance will have a positive impact on the rest of a young person’s life.
For many of us, our siblings are a big part of our lives, whether we love them or sometimes loathe them, we wouldn't want to be without them.
At Fostering Options, we think providing siblings a home together is important and we always do so where we can.
Going into care can be a strange and scary experience but having the familiarity of your brothers or sisters can make the transition must smoother for a young person.
If you feel you could foster a sibling group, you would be helping to change the lives of young people whilst nurturing a crucial family bond.
With your care and guidance, these children will receive a second chance in life.
We're pleased that you would like to register your interest in fostering with Futures Group.
